All social media accounts are tested before delivery. We provide a 7-day replacement guarantee for accounts that become inactive or restricted after purchase. SMS services are guaranteed to work at the time of delivery but may vary depending on platform changes.

VerifyStackAcct provides refunds in the following situations:

Default Option: We replace non-functional accounts within 7 days at no additional cost. This is our preferred option to ensure customer satisfaction.
Refund Option: If replacement is not possible or preferred, we process a refund to your wallet within 48 hours of approval. Wallet refunds cannot be withdrawn; they must be used for future purchases.
Important: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Requests after 14 days will not be processed.
Account Suspended by Platform: If your purchased account is suspended by the platform (not by us), you may request a replacement if suspension occurs within 7 days. We cannot refund for accounts suspended due to user action.
